Northeastern Team Wins Third Place at ASEM Case Competition

A Northeastern University student team, advised by MIE Associate Teaching Professor Himlona Palikhe, placed third in the 2025 Graduate Student Case Analysis Competition, hosted by the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM).

To select the final team, the Northeastern University chapter of ASEM (NUASEM) organized an internal case competition in Spring 2025. The selected team went on to represent Northeastern at the 19th Annual International Engineering Management Student Case Competition. The results were announced during the ASEM International Annual Conference, held in Boise, Idaho, from September 24–27, 2025.
