Boston - An Innovation Hub
Northeastern is a campus in the middle of the historic city of Boston. A hub of high tech and biotech organizations—global to start-ups—as well as academia offering significant opportunity for experience, networking, and collaboration.
Mechanical and industrial engineering students enjoy a wide range of opportunities for academic and community involvement, from clubs and competitions in the college, university-wide and globally, to the many attractions of our world-class city. We have very active and award-winning student chapters of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Institute of Industrial Engineers, among others.
