Zheng Receives International Education Leadership Award from The Witherspoon Institute
MIE Associate Professor Yi Zheng received The Witherspoon Institute’s International Education Leadership Award. The Witherspoon Institute, long dedicated to advancing literature, art, and education, hosted its annual celebration gala with the Boston Public Library to honor outstanding contributions in education and the arts.
I’m truly honored to have received this year’s International Education Leadership Award. As an educator and Northeastern University professor, I spoke from the heart at the ceremony: education is not only a responsibility, but also a powerful force. I will continue to devote my passion to education, hoping that through my efforts I can inspire more young people to bravely pursue their dreams.
