MIE Professor Surendra M. Gupta has been named the most authoritative researcher in Disassembly Line Balancing in a recent analysis published in the Journal of Cleaner Production. He directed several doctoral dissertations in disassembly line balancing, co-authored several articles including the first ever article (co-authored with Dr. Askiner Gungor) published on disassembly line balancing and co-authored (with Dr. Seamus McGovern) the first book on disassembly line balancing.
